Underground public sewers repair without digging UV CIPP equipment integration

UV light operation requirement

 

1. Turn on the UV lamp switch and check whether the lamp group on the screen changes color. If the color does not change, the UV lamp does not work normally.

2. Record the construction record form. After turning on the light for 2-3 minutes, check whether the tube head is cured and hardened. After curing, start the take-up. Set the speed according to the speedometer. Pay close attention to the temperature of each section throughout the process.

3. After 25 cm of operation, it can continue to operate after 2 minutes. (observe the internal conditions of the pipeline and the operation of the reel at all times, and stop the take-up immediately in case of abnormal conditions).

4. Stop take-up at the place with 30cm left in operation for 2-3 minutes, then pull the light for 30cm and stop for 2-3 minutes until the end. Check that the pipe orifice material is fully cured, and then turn off the light and gas.

5. Pull the lamp back for 1m.

 

Close the UV CIPP system and take out the inner membrane

After the curing is completed, the temperature in the tube is reduced to about 30 ℃, and the stainless steel binding head is ready to be removed to safely take out the UV rack. Tie the inner membrane with a pull lamp rope, and tie a rope at the other end to prevent the membrane from getting stuck in the middle. Then pull out the inner membrane, and put all accessories back in place for the next use. Be careful to cut the head and keep the sample.
