Product Description

UV CIPP installation for repairing underground pipelines by no excavation

Apparatus required for UV curing construction:

1-UV curing equipment: core equipment, highly integrated electrified computer automatic control, Internet of things, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The power reaches 12000W ultraviolet lamp, and the whole process of video monitoring.

2-Blower: used to fully expand the hose to ensure that the material is fully deployed. 500 cubic meters per hour is required.

3-Generator: three-phase generator to ensure the power of outdoor operation. 48kW output power, equipped with voltage regulator.

4-Hose material: UV curing hose, base material: glass fiber and resin, fully pre impregnated, high elastic modulus.

5-Curing repair integrated vehicle: integrate curing equipment, blower, generator, etc. into the vehicle.

Pretreatment:

According to the prepared pipeline inspection and evaluation scheme, the pipeline that needs to be repaired is selected as the highest priority and pretreated to ensure that the pipeline is clean without ponding. It mainly includes plugging, cleaning, water plugging, pumping and spot repair.

Then test again to ensure that the next step can be carried out. While the robot detects, a long enough rope is brought into the pipeline.
