Our UV CIPP High-Pressure Gallium-Doped Mercury Lamps are industrial UV light sources specifically designed for UV CIPP curing systems and trenchless pipeline rehabilitation. They provide high-intensity UVA radiation for curing resin-impregnated glass fiber liners used in underground sewer, drainage, and wastewater pipeline rehabilitation.
By introducing gallium into the high-pressure mercury lamp, the UV output is shifted toward the 395-417 nm UVA spectrum, providing strong penetration through glass fiber-reinforced CIPP liners and supporting reliable curing of thicker liner structures.
The gallium-doped UV lamp provides strong radiation in the 395-417 nm wavelength range, making it suitable for photoinitiator systems commonly used in UV-curable resins.
The longer-wavelength UVA output provides improved penetration through multi-layer glass fiber structures, helping UV energy reach deeper sections of the liner and promoting more uniform curing.
Depending on the liner design, resin system, lamp configuration, curing speed, and other operating parameters, the lamps can be used for thick-wall UV CIPP liners, including applications of 12 mm and above.
With a linear power density of approximately 80-200 W/cm, our gallium-doped mercury lamps deliver the high radiation intensity required for professional UV CIPP installation.
Multiple lamps can be integrated into a UV curing light train according to pipe diameter and curing-system requirements, providing high curing efficiency for municipal and industrial pipeline rehabilitation projects.

The lamps are suitable for UV curing equipment used with glass fiber reinforced, resin-impregnated CIPP liners for rehabilitation of:
They can be supplied as replacement UV lamps for compatible CIPP curing systems or integrated into Our UV CIPP curing equipment.
As a high-pressure gas-discharge UV source, the lamp normally requires approximately 3-5 minutes of warm-up time before reaching stable operating output.
After a power interruption or shutdown, immediate hot re-ignition is generally not possible. A 5-10 minute cooling period should therefore be allowed before restarting the lamp.
Correct ventilation, lamp cooling, electrical matching, and operating procedures are important for maintaining stable UV output and maximizing service life.
The standard warranty covers initial out-of-box ignition and functionality.
Depending on the selected product specification and commercial agreement, premium versions may be available with extended warranty arrangements of approximately 200-500 operating hours or 3-5 months.
UV lamps are classified as industrial consumable components, and actual operating life depends on switching frequency, cooling conditions, power stability, operating environment and curing-system configuration.
