Inflatable expandable pipe plug for temporary sealing of sewage and drain pipes

Our plug is made of imported rubber and high tensile fiber interwoven with strong pressure resistance, high safety factor, high wear resistance and flexibility, anti-aging and excellent sealing performance.

The product pressure ranges from 0.15Mpa to 0.3Mpa, which is more than ten times the pressure of ordinary airbags, and is extremely safe. The water depth used can block water depths of about 1 to 20 meters depending on the specifications.

Although the pipe plug has a high pressure resistant, it is recommended not to rely too much on the plug when it comes to personal safety issues during construction.

The plug should be used at a pressure of 0.1mpa-0.15mpa within a sealing depth of 5 meters. When the sealing water depth is within ten meters, the plug operating pressure is preferably 0.13mpa-0.2mpa.

Operation:

• Over-pressure use is strictly prohibited!
• It is forbidden for people to get close to the inflating or working plug and stay away from the entrance of the manhole!
• No inflation on the ground!
• Using a strong rope/wire rope to pull the plug to the ground!
• Cleaning debris and sharp objects in the pipes and wells before inserting the plug!
• Monitoring and preventing toxic gases inside pipelines!
• It is recommended to store in shading, room temperature and ventilation space!

Blocking construction requirements:

• Along the direction of water flow, that is, upstream blocking.
• The plug should be inserted into the pipe to a distance of no less than one meter!
• Prevent the plug from jumping out of the pipe when inflated!
• When taking out the plug, it is sometimes to get stuck, so do not pull hard. Check whether there are any foreign objects, such as tree roots, etc., and then remove them after fully deflating them.
• Check the gauge pressure always to make sure it is enough.
