Vertical CCTV Pipe Crawler Robot Pipe Cleaner Sewer Five Meters Cable D18

The 5-Meter Inspection Cable for the D18 CCTV Pipeline Inspection and Repair Robot is engineered for high-durability sewer crawler operations, featuring high-tensile shielding and precision distance markings to ensure reliable signal transmission and accurate defect localization during underground pipe surveys.

Operational Guidelines & Technical Inspection Standards

Pre-Inspection On-Screen Slating (Kanban): Capture an initial title frame displaying location, starting/ending manhole IDs, pipe diameter, contractor name, date, and time before recording each pipeline segment.
Flow Direction & Water Level Controls: Drive the crawler downstream (with the water flow direction). Water levels inside the pipe must not exceed 20% of the inner pipe diameter.
Crawler Speed Limits:
- Pipes ≤ 200mm: Travel speed must not exceed 0.1 m/s.
- Pipes > 200mm: Travel speed must not exceed 0.15 m/s.
Camera Centering & Height Alignment: Position the camera lens along the horizontal central axis at two-thirds (2/3) of the total pipe height (±10% allowable deviation).
Distance Meter Zeroing & Calibration: Reset the cable distance counter to zero as the crawler enters the pipe inlet. Verify counter accuracy against physical cable distance markings after each segment run to apply necessary distance correction factors.
Data Overlay Requirements: Input and display project metadata (road section, start/end manhole numbers, pipe size, material specs) on the main video screen prior to entry.
Camera Orientation during Straight Travel: Keep the horizon level during forward motion. Do not adjust the camera angle or focal length while recording straight-line runs.
Defect Documentation & Pause Time: Pause the camera motion for at least 10 seconds at every structural defect, anomaly, or junction to allow full visual logging, measurement, and defect interpretation.
