Product Description

UV CIPP trenchless construction work for repairing underground sewage network

 

CIPP UV curing

1) Set repair parameters, repair pipe diameter, repair material wall thickness, and number of UV lamp sections on the console;

2) After the parameter setting is completed, turn on the UV light source and start the in-situ curing at the initial well end. The in-situ curing time varies according to the pipe diameter. Please refer to the repair parameter table;

3) After the in-situ curing is completed, the take-up switch starts to take up at a uniform speed. See the repair parameter table for the curing speed;

4) During the curing process, the repair temperature shall be observed in real-time. The appropriate temperature is 80-130 ℃. If the temperature does not reach 80 ℃, the curing take-up speed can be reduced appropriately.

5) During the curing process, observe the traveling mileage of the lamp holder on the display screen and pay attention to the cable marks. When the lamp holder reaches the end point, turn off the cable reel take-up switch in time, and then complete the in-situ curing at the well end. After the curing, turn off the UV light

6) After the light is turned off, adjust the air volume to reduce the internal pressure of the pipe to atmospheric pressure, turn off the fan, and then cool it for 20-40min until the hose is fully cured and cooled.

8. Post-processing

1) When it is cooled to normal temperature, open the binding cover plate at the end of the well and take out the repair lamp holder. At this time, it is necessary to wear gloves to prevent the lamp holder from being hot. At the same time, loosen the high-temperature string on the lamp holder. Do not pull it out. It is necessary to ensure that it is placed in the pipeline;

2) Remove the binding heads at both ends, and ensure that the string in the pipe is not pulled out during the removal of binding heads;

3) Cut off the excess liners at both ends of the start well and the end well. During cutting, pay attention to safety to ensure smooth cutting. During cutting, ensure that the liners exceed the old pipes by 20-30mm. During cutting, pay attention to wearing protective facilities;

4) Pull out the inner membrane with the high-temperature rope in the pipe;

5) Seal the cut liner;

6) Clean up underground operation garbage and arrange underground operation tools.
