Hot water cure and inversion material for underground pipes repair NO Digging

The hot water cure liner trenchless repair construction process is mainly divided into two parts: Material Factory fabrication and construction site inversion:

(1) Material factory fabrication

Factory fabrication of materials mainly includes three steps:

① Cut off the length of the hose according to the engineering design requirements, and calculate the quantity of resin and other materials;

② Fully vacuum the turnover soft cylinder, so that the resin can fully soak the felt layer;

③ Put the resin and curing agent into the mixing barrel according to a certain proportion for full mixing. After mixing them evenly, pour them into the turnover soft barrel, and evenly pour the resin into the soft barrel through the turnover pressing platform to form the turnover repair material;

2) Construction site inversion

Before inverting, it is necessary to ensure that the pipeline meets the conditions. Therefore, before inverting, the pipeline shall be blocked, drained, and dredged accordingly. If necessary, the internal part of the pipeline shall be treated (such as local deformation recovery), so as to ensure that the quality of the overturned lining meets the requirements.

Before the materials enter the site, a turnover platform shall be set up at the inversion wellhead.

(3) Heating

A hot water boiler is used to heat the flexible liner cylinder circularly. By continuously raising the temperature of the water in the pipeline, the resin will react. After reaching a certain temperature (about 85 ℃) for a certain time, the pipeline repair will be cured and completed.

(4) Tail end treatment

After the pipe is cooled, the excess part at the tail end of the pipe shall be cut off to keep it level with the pipe orifice. At the same time, the pipe interface shall be grouted to integrate the new pipe and the old pipe, so as to complete the CIPP lining repair of the pipe.
