Product Description

UV light curing inner repair sewer liner by CIPP process no need digging

 

The UV light curing inner repair liner (hereinafter referred to as the liner) comprises the inner membrane, resin-impregnated glass fiber, outer membrane, and ultraviolet protective film from the inside to the outside.

 

1-Protective film: the plastic film on the outermost layer of the hose to protect the hose from ultraviolet radiation and avoid scratches during storage, transportation, pulling, etc.

 

2-Outer membrane: the plastic film on the second outer layer of the hose. The outer film material is a complete barrel film without the interface, which can better protect the resin impregnated with glass fiber braid from volatilization during the storage and transportation of the hose, and make the resin evenly distributed when the hose is inflated.

 

3-Glass fiber fabric: the main part of the hose is used to absorb the curing glue, increasing the pipe's strength after curing.

 

4-Inner membrane: the plastic film at the innermost layer of the hose, which protects the resin impregnated with glass fiber braid from volatilization during the storage and transportation of the hose, and makes the resin as evenly distributed as possible when the hose is inflated. After the hose is cured, the inner membrane shall be pulled out of the inner liner.
