Product Description

Construction material used for international city pipes repair w/o digging

 

The UV curing overall repair lining material is made of unsaturated polyester resin, which has the characteristics of convenient curing, strong adhesion, and low shrinkage. The lining material is made of high-strength glass fiber, which can significantly reduce the wall thickness, greatly reduce the weight of the overall lining material, save the installation cost, and provide a stronger ring direction tensile performance for resistance to pressure.

 

Scope of application:

1. it can match various pipe geometric sections, including round, square, horseshoe, etc.

2. Is suitable for rain and sewage drainage pipes made of reinforced concrete, cement, metal, and various plastic materials It can repair the structural defects of the pipeline: fracture, deformation, dislocation, disconnection, leakage, corrosion, etc.

  • it is applicable to repair local sand holes, exposed stones, spalling and other diseases on the inner wall of the pipeline
  • It is applicable to the preventive repair when the pipeline-interface is in the leakage omen period or critical state.
  • Applicable pipe diameter range: DN200-DN1600.
