Inflation and pressure during CIPP UV work

Before inflation, check whether the pressure detection equipment is normal. If there is any problem, deal with it in time before use.

The pressing shall be carried out in strict accordance with the pressing requirements. Generally, the stress area of materials with a small diameter is small and the pressure is large, while the stress area of materials with a large diameter is large and the pressure is small. During the inflation of materials, the pressure shall be observed at any time, and the pressure rise shall be controlled slowly. After reaching the target pressure, the pressure shall be maintained for a period of time (generally 30 minutes).

During this process, it is necessary to observe whether the binding head is loose and whether the material is close to the inner wall of the pipe. If it is not close to the inner wall, the pressure maintaining time can be appropriately extended or the inflation pressure can be appropriately increased.

After the material is pressed, do not immediately pull the small lamp or headlamp to the other end of the material. When the material pressure of a large pipe diameter rises to the target pressure, turn on the headlamp.

During the pressure maintaining process, the internal conditions of the material must be carefully observed through the internal camera. Whether the inner membrane of the lower lamp material end is damaged and whether there is air intake can be identified at this time. When installing the binding head, the gas entering the material will soon be discharged through the observation port. If the inner membrane of the material is damaged, the gas inside the material will not decrease slowly and will increase with the pressing time. If the inner membrane of materials above  DN600 is damaged, open the binding cap at this time, find the damaged part and repair it with adhesive tape.
